Charity 1142869) and aims to provide information about the village, local facilities and associated events. Heath is a village in the North East Derbyshire district of the English county of Derbyshire. It is located immediately adjacent to junction 29 of the M1 motorway and the A617 dual carriageway into Chesterfield. The village lies about four and a half miles to the south-east of Chesterfield and a similar distance from both Clay Cross and Bolsover, and enjoys panoramic views over the vale of Scarsdale. The address of the village hall is Main Street, Heath village, Chesterfield S44 5RX.
Close to Heath are the villages of Holmewood and Temple Normanton. The village is also near to Stainsby, host of the annual Stainsby Folk Festival, and to the Sutton-cum-Duckmanton civil parish, which contains several villages, including Sutton Scarsdale.

We now have a Zoll defibrillator installed on the wall outside the Village Hall. It is simple to use with guided instructions and voice commands in case of an emergency. Click here
